Can I get a demo of 1Stop Install?

Absolutely. We are happy to schedule a 1:1 product demo with you at any time. We typically recommend a 15 minute introductory call so we can better understand your needs and business objectives. Our system is packed with features so the intro call helps us focus on the areas of highest priority for your business first.

How do I pay for 1Stop Install?

We don’t lock you into long-term, annual contracts. You pay on a monthly basis and can cancel at anytime. We offer customized packages for each client based on their size and growth goals. Contact us to let us know how we can help.

Does 1Stop Install have a mobile app?

Yes! We are thrilled to bring you a full-featured mobile app available on both Apple and Android phones. Unlike other solutions, our mobile app offers all of the core features as our desktop version, which means you can operate your business from anywhere.

What technology is 1Stop Install built on?

We are built on the leading CRM system and software suite in the world, Zoho. We utilize their development platform to bring you enterprise-grade features to help you run your entire business. It also means you’ll have more uptime, your data is more secure, and you’ll have access to a constant stream of new features to help you be more productive.

Can I receive specialized training?

Yes. Our goal is to have every department within your company operating at the highest efficiency using our system. As part of your onboarding, we are happy to provide dedicated training sessions to each of your teams to help them get up an running. We also offer training videos you can access at any time.

Can I run by entire business on 1Stop Install?

Yes! This is exactly what the system was designed for. We cover your business end-to-end from when a lead first arrives to when a job is fully paid. Once up and running, many of our customers find they can eliminate other software solutions and rely exclusively on 1stop.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes! We have a dedicated on-boarding team that will help you import your data into 1stopro. This process can take some time depending on how much data you have and the format it is in. Our team will carefully walk you through the process and establish a clear timeline and necessary steps for converting the data.

Do I have to install my own server?

No. 1stop is available in the cloud – just like Google or Facebook. This means you can access all of your information from any web browser. It also means no IT person is required. We handle all of the system upgrades, new features, as well as technical support.

Do you offer support?

Absolutely. Your account manager will be with you every step of the way. From your initial conversation through training of new features, we’ll be here to help. You can also contact us at anytime through our our online help system.

How long does it take to get up and running?

It really varies based on how much data you have to import into the system, how soon you can get it to us, and how quickly you’re available for your set-up call to get your system settings set. If you have no data to import, we can get you up and running on the system in a short amount of time. We generally assume 2 weeks to 1 month for most clients.
